Iris Wagner-Ritzmann, MPCC, RPC, MA, is the Clinical Director at Crowning Life Counselling, bringing over 25 years of experience in social work and clinical counselling to Kelowna families. With a specialized focus on high-conflict custody dynamics, family therapy, and child-parent alignment, Iris has dedicated her career to guiding families through complex emotional landscapes. Her extensive training in psychotherapeutic and family systems approaches allows her to provide tailored support to individuals, children, couples, and families. As a Registered Professional Counsellor and Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling, Iris is well-respected within the Kelowna counselling community.

In her role, Iris provides family mediation and conflict resolution services, collaborates closely with legal and medical professionals, and conducts supervised parenting sessions for families navigating separation or divorce. Her expertise also includes reunification therapy, addressing child resistance and alignment issues, and supporting parents in rebuilding relationships with their children. Known for her compassionate, unbiased approach, Iris offers a safe space for families to reconnect and find resolution.

Iris holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University and a diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling. Her qualifications also include certifications in family mediation, cognitive behavioral therapy, and expressive play therapy. Additionally, she actively participates in the Okanagan Collaborative Family Law Group as a Divorce Coach and Child Specialist.
