With over 20 years of experience in child and family support, Katherine Archibald is dedicated to creating safe, supportive environments for families facing challenging transitions. As a Parenting Time Supervisor at Crowning Life Counselling, Katherine facilitates supervised parenting time for families navigating separation, while also providing coaching and education to help parents strengthen their bonds with their children. Katherine’s extensive background includes eight years as a Family Support Associate  supervising parent-child visits, documenting interactions, and providing constructive guidance to families. Her expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care has equipped her to work effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds, including those affected by trauma.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria, Katherine is well-versed in child development and effective parenting practices. Her early career as a Teaching Assistant , working closely with children with special needs, further enriched her understanding of supportive learning and care environments.
